Buitengewone plek, groot stijlvol huis, op prachtige plek.

Abbiamo trovato questo indirizzo meraviglioso per caso su Internet. Oggi siamo contenti di averlo trovato. Per noi è chiaro che non siamo stati l'ultima volta a Francesco. Come famiglia è esattamente quello che cercavamo, un po 'fuori strada, non troppo lontano da Firenze, Pisa, Lucca ecc. Qui hai la tua pace, è a 5 minuti in Stazione, lì è possibile parcheggiare l'auto su un ampio parcheggio e prendere il treno per Firenze. In un quarto d'ora sei in una delle città più belle del mondo. Cosa potresti chiedere di più? Oppure si può prendere l'auto proprio in autostrada e in nu sei a Pisa o Lucca. Per noi è chiaro che non siamo stati l'ultima volta a Francesco.

Everything was just amazing !!! The house, the location, the pool, the terrasse. Francesco and his family are adorable and we had such a great time with them. The dinner prepared by Francesco was the better meal we've had in Italy. We've had a blast and we were sorry to leave.

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa ben curata e molto comoda per raggiungere Firenze ,Francesco e la sua Famiglia sono molto accoglienti.

Отдыхали в конце сентября всей семьей (4 взрослых). Дом полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям, все понравилось. Из кухни есть выход в сад, где за столиком пили кофе и любовались окружающей природой. Расположение дома вдали от шума и суеты, в горах выбирали сознательно и остались очень довольны. Совершали пешие прогулки по ближайшим окрестностям, были в восторге от красоты вокруг нас. До ближайшего супермаркета на машине 7-10 минут, до Флоренции добирались 25-30 минут.

Francesco and his family were very kind and hospitable. Even though we had a bit of a hard time finding the exact location of the villa, once we arrived we absolutely loved the property. The villa was extremely specious and could easily fit 8+ people. It is perfect for family visits. The views from the bedrooms are breathtaking and exactly what we expected from Tuscany. The open areas were very well maintained and we very much enjoyed using the pool area in late September. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. We very much enjoyed our Italian dinner prepared by Francesco's family and would recommend it to all visitors. We would love to be back at the villa someday for a longer stay!

Francesco en Irene hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen (eigengemaakte pizza en tiramisù!!!) en losten elke vraag/probleem op. Hun kinderen én honden zijn het heel gewoon om met verhuurders om te gaan. Het huis zelf is zeer ruim en biedt wel wat luxe: voldoende badkamers, lichtpunten (zelfs buiten!). Een aangenaam adres voor het "dolce far niente" in Italië!

La villa de Francesco est superbe. L'endroit est calme, reposant avec un beau panorama et à l'écart des touristes. L'hôte est prévenant et fait magnifiquement la cuisine. Les pièces sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût. Les équipements sont complets, il ne manque absolument rien. Bref, c'est parfait !

Francesco bella casa ,con tutto ciò che potresti desiderare o bisogni .Il panorama è mozzafiato e abbiamo conosciuto Pontassieve .E' anche solo un viaggio in treno 1/2 ora in bella Firenze .... Francesco a persino organizzato un cuoco di venire a casa ci a insegnato un pasto toscano per preparare delizie-----Sicuramente un cinque stelle esperienza,grazie Francesco e la sua bella famiglia.

La casa è stupenda ,un sacco di spazio ,tre camere da letto due saloni una grande cucina . Tutto è nuovo ed in ottime condizioni. Bella vista sulle colline Toscane.Fino a Km 4 alla stazione e poi 23 minuti al centro di Firenze .Controllato peggio in macchina .Una base ideale per viaggiare in Toscana e per musei Fiorentini. I padroni di casa accolgono.Può preparare pasti previa accordi.
